What is Hacking Fitness?

     Want to get in shape without going to the gym? How about adding muscle and strength without having to buy any expensive equipment? Are you strapped for time? What if you could have a workout in as little as 10 minutes a day? If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is the place for you. Hacking fitness is a concept I developed that allows you to workout in your own home using items regularly found around your house. The workouts are easy to do and require as much or as little time as you can afford. Using the Hacking Fitness method for working out you will never again have an excuse for not getting into shape.
